CL-Class meets AMG: this is the way to bring supreme performance to the road. Mercedes-AMG engineers have designed a V8 engine for the CL 63 AMG that develops a powerful 386 kW (525 hp) and a peak torque rating of 630 Nm. This produces a level of acceleration that would not be out of place on a racing circuit – from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.6 seconds.

The newly developed AMG sports suspension is based on the active ABC suspension (Active Body Control). An AMG high-performance brake system and the AMG sports exhaust system with two chrome twin tailpipes are also included in the equipment of this potent model.

Complete with the AMG bodystyling package – including a front apron designed specifically for the CL 63 AMG with side air outlets, side skirts and a dynamic diffuser-look rear apron – the car cuts an extremely sporty figure. In addition, the CL 63 AMG features an AMG radiator grille with two chromed louvres, darkened front headlamps and 19-inch AMG multi-spoke light-alloy wheels. Plus you can further reinforce the muscular appearance by adding the optional polished 20-inch AMG forged wheels painted in titanium grey.

The interior welcomes you with brushed stainless steel AMG entrance strips. The AMG sports seats, available in three colour variants, ensures superb lateral support.

The vehicle cockpit also bears the AMG signature. The aluminium paddles on the AMG ergonomic sports steering wheel are used for changing gear on the AMG SPEEDSHIFT 7G-TRONIC. The AMG main menu in the AMG instrument cluster includes a RACETIMER. The information it delivers includes the selected gear and oil temperature. The RACETIMER will even time laps if required. The AMG clock features an IWC design and is particularly well-suited to the trim elements in high-gloss burr walnut.
