S 65L AMG

From the Affalterbach-based motorsport specialists comes the most powerful model of the S-Class: the S 65L AMG with AMG 6.0-litre V12 biturbo engine developing 450 kW (612 hp) and a maximum torque of 1000 Nm. The acceleration figures – 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds – are the stuff that racing drivers´ dreams are made of. At just 1000 rpm, the AMG V12 engine is already delivering 570 Nm to the crankshaft.

The S 65L AMG is equipped with AMG high-performance composite brakes and AMG sports suspension. You select gears by means of the DIRECT SELECT lever and silvery aluminium shift paddles on the AMG ergonomic sports steering wheel, just like they do in the Formula One. In the cockpit you’re welcomed by the AMG instrument cluster with the AMG main menu. And thanks to the integral RACETIMER you can even stop lap times.

On the outside, the combination of dynamic AMG front apron with large air intakes, side skirts and rear apron gives the S 65L AMG an exceedingly powerful, athletic appearance which is rounded off by an AMG sports exhaust system with two chrome twin tailpipes in V12 design and 19-inch multi-piece AMG light-alloy wheels in titanium grey paint finish.
